Pre-Bends!

Lesson description: There art few things more tragic in this world than a pre-bend. The pathos! But seriously, they're a great thing to work on mostly because:

1. We forget to employ them, and maybe do the same wheedly bends all the time.
2. To execute a pre-bend, you can't be playing something right before it. Hence, they force us to SLOW DOWN and think about what we're doing!
