There's a guitar player thing where we try to shoehorn in as many notes as possible to a fill, solo, riff, or groove. Heck, I do it too! This little "deep thoughts" vid is a reminder to fight that urge. Put in air and space, intention and groove, instead of more notes that we don't necessarily feel.
