Lesson description: This lesson poses the question: What if Jimi Hendrix was around to play on Bill Withers's 1971 soul classic "Ain't No Sunshine?"
I arranged the first verse with doublestops and fills that I think Mr. Electric Gypsy would've used. Then, I put together a lead replete with some of my favorite Hendrix-isms: unpredictable rhythms within rapid fire runs, searing overbends, and a trick I call, "push up one string, come down another."
