A Josh Homme Take on "Famous Blue Raincoat"

There's a really great clip of Josh Homme talking guitar technique on the "Guitar Moves" show. In that clip, he briefly mentions a simple and brilliant barre chord hack: take notes out of them to make them meaner! OMG DEADLY!!

I watched him do that, had my mind blown, and then set to incorporate it more into my playing. I'd been meaning to pay homage to "Famous Blue Raincoat" for a while, so I tried throwing the Homme ideas at that. It works! I'd like to think Leonard would smirk to hear this rendition. :-)
